The site, will help providers of housing support for black and minority ethnic people work in partnership with councils. BME SPARK draws on a knowledge bank of research findings on the needs of black and minority ethnic service users. The site also contains two databases of Commissioning Bodies' work on specialist areas and mainstream services.
