Better Care Fund forecasting tool

This tool from Public Health England forecasts of Better Care Fund (BCF) related metrics for Health and Wellbeing Boards and those involved in the BCF planning process. The stated aim of the tool is to help health and local authority commissioners to access data by area that can be used to better manage a patient's 'care pathways' and demand on non-elective admissions.
