Building community capacity – 7 economic case studies

This case study report commissioned by TLAP summarises the key findings of seven different approaches to building community capacity.

From community development and community navigators to Local Area Co-oordination and Social Prescribing, they show that it can be difficult to make the case for investment when many of the approaches to building community capacity do not lend themselves to traditional commissioning and service development.
