Connecting Housing to the health & social care agenda - a person-centred approach

This Housing LIN Report uses case studies to suggest how involvement of housing and other neighbourhood services in meeting the needs of vulnerable people can improve the health and wellbeing of service users and assist complementary service providers. It also offers suggestions for ensuring that housing and housing-related services - such as better and safer neighbourhoods - are involved in the planning and delivery of health and social care priorities and services.
