Disrepair: The causes and impact of poor housing

It highlights the serious consequences of disrepair in Wales and reveals that while poor housing affects anyone’s health and wellbeing, older people in Wales are especially at risk.

The report shows that undertaking better maintenance and repair to tackle wear and tear leads to better health outcomes and explains how the Welsh Government can make sure the Welsh Housing stock is fit for an ageing population, and future generations.
