This short video looks at Phonenix Community Housing's new development at Hazelhurst Court.

This development of extra care homes for older people was a winner of the 'HAPPI' category at the Housing Design Awards.

It is the second accolade for Hazelhurst Court - 60 new homes designed by architects Levitt Bernstein - after winning the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) London Awards in May 2018.
