Housing Options for Older People (The HOOP)

This presentation was given at the North West Housing LIN Leadership Set in November 2016 by Anne Duffield, Head of Housing Access, Rehousing Team, Northwards Housing.

It outlines the Housing Options for Older People (The HOOP) service, in partnership with First Stop, as part of the agenda of Housing for an Age Friendly Manchester. The HOOP provides different levels of service from information to advice and casework. It aims to enable older people to retain independent and active through the right accommodation, advice and networks and reduce isolation.
