Housing top tips: a route map to who does what in housing - NHS Commissioners

The Association of Directors of Adult Social Services in the East of England (ADASS East) have produced this guide for NHS Commissioners who are developing new housing services and strategic planning.

Co-produced with people who access care and support, the guide has nine key tips to help NHS Commissioners navigate the numerous building blocks, systems, and professionals involved in delivering new housing.

Areas covered include making relevant links, identifying specialist housing demand, funding issues and the value of co-production with people with lived experience, especially in terms of design. The guide links to several Housing LIN resources and is one of two produced by ADASS East, with the other being aimed at NHS front line staff.
