Housing top tips: a route map to who does what in housing - NHS front line staff

The Association of Directors of Adult Social Services in the East of England (ADASS East) have produced this guide for NHS front line staff who are navigating the services, systems and professionals involved in housing.

Co-produced with people who access care and support, the guide aims to provide clear signposting for some of the more common situations and circumstances encountered, including problems with housing, homelessness and responsibility for adaptations and it will help staff identify where to look for information or find the housing service needed.

The guide is one of two related guides produced by ADASS East, with the other being aimed at NHS Commissioners.
