Housing with Care Fund

This guidance document provides details of the Welsh Housing with Care Fund (HCF) subsidy scheme to encourage the provision of supported housing and accommodation for vulnerable people in society with care and support needs.

The HCF scheme is provided by the Welsh Government to local authorities, registered social landlords, health boards and third sector organisations for various types of projects as capital grant, and runs from 22 February 2024 to 31 March 2027.
