'Knowing Me!', a resource from the Life Story Network offers practical guidance on caring for those living with the 3Ds: dementia, depression and delirium.

The guide's aim is to raise awareness and understanding of the 3D’s, help improve their standards of care, and enchance any outcomes that can be achieved for those affected by the 3D’s.

Not aimed at one particular group, it provides useful and practical ways to really make a difference for the lives of those with dementia, depression and delirium.
