Phase 2: Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund (CASSH)

Administered by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and the Greater London Authority (GLA) in London, Phase 2 of the Department of Health's CASSH Fund was announced in February 2015 at the Housing LIN annual conference.
£115 million over three years has been set aside to improve the range of housing choices for disabled and older people, including a greater tenure diversity and to support the construction of a small number of housing projects for people with mental health problems or learning disabilities. Details of the HCA administered programme are available below.
