The framework from NHS Shared Business Services supports meeting patient care through the utilisation of technology.

The framework has been designed to meet the outcomes within The NHS Outcomes Framework: enhancing the lives of people with long term conditions and those within The Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework: to ensure people receive care, when it is needed, in the most appropriate setting and in a way that enables them to regain independence.
