Jonathan Rallings has worked in the public and voluntary sector for 25 years with a number of organisations including the NSPCC, London Councils, and Barnardo's where he was Head of Policy.
Since joining the County Councils Network (CCN) four years ago, his brief has expanded beyond a specialism in children's issues to a wider understanding of social care policy across the age groups.
He has authored a number of reports for CCN, including Planning For Retirement (2020), Councils and Communities in Partnership (2021) as well as co-writing two collaborations with Tunstall Healthcare, Employing Assistive Technology in Adult Social Care (2021) and Adopting the Right Technology to Transform Social Care (2023).
