Patrick is an equity partner at Pollard Thomas Edwards. He oversees a range of projects and also leads PTE's work in Third Age housing.
His wide experience in the housing, mixed-use and regeneration sectors, includes the design and delivery of a series of successful and award-winning projects, ranging from large-scale masterplans to infill sites and refurbishments.
In 2009 Patrick coordinated the highly influential HAPPI report - Housing our Ageing Population: Panel for Innovation.
Among his current interests is co-housing, both as an opportunity for collaborative design, and as an underused component of balanced, sustainable neighbourhoods.
