This report for East of England ADASS developed by the "Putting People at the Heart of Care and Support" working group captures emerging practice from a selection of co-production approaches in adult social care from across the region.
The 27 examples featured in the report range from services shaped by people with a learning disability to codesigning a local strategy to support autistic people. Two of which have a particular housing focus.
They are:
- Milton Keynes City Council's Coproduction of Mental Health Supported Accommodation using Working Together for Change, and
- Central Bedfordshire Council's Home from Home project
