In light of the Older People's Housing Taskforce report in 2024 and upcoming regulatory changes in April around diversity and inclusion, this FREE webinar explores work undertaken by national and local housing associations to broaden accommodation choices and services, catering to the diverse needs and wants of our communities.
Join us on Tuesday 23 January from 4pm - 5pm as we explore their initiatives and strategies to enhance engagement and support for a more inclusive living environment.

First Housing LIN SW Leadership Set meeting of the year inspires!
This week marked the inaugural SW Leadership Set meeting of the year, where housing, health, and social care leaders gathered for an insightful presentation by Paul Taylor, Innovation Coach at Bromford Lab talking about a culture of learning and improvement
The discussion also delved into strength-based approaches, referencing neighborhood coaching, aligning with the Housing LIN CollaborAGE Directory of Practice.
Council spearheads using technology to support people with complex needs
St Helens Council teamed up with Torus Group, the North West’s largest affordable housing provider, and Tunstall Healthcare to work together with the NHS and other specialist partners to implement key technologies to regenerate a former care home that will become a safe and comfortable housing option for adults with complex care and emotional needs.
