Sponsored by Inspired Villages Group (IVG), the 2024/2025 programme kicked off at IVG's Milfield Green, Caddington near Luton, the first retirement village built to Net Zero Regulated Carbon Rated standards in the UK.

Carers UK's Caring Survey - Have Your Say!

The Carers UK annual State of Caring survey is the most extensive survey into unpaid carers’ experiences in the UK. 

This year, there is a specific section on housing in the survey. Have your say by 11 August 2024!

New research finds there will be a chronic shortage of housing for older people in the next five years

Real estate services firm JLL has launched its first UK Seniors Housing Report, which forecasts that an ageing population and inadequate pipeline supply will mean a shortage of up to 46,000 homes in the next five years for older people in the UK.
