An Evaluation of Clarion Futures’ Warm Spaces Programme

With NHS services experiencing significant winter pressures, this new Housing LIN Report evaluates the effectiveness of Clarion Futures’ Warm Spaces (now called Wellbeing Spaces) as a tool to support the mental, physical and financial health of Clarion Housing residents and their surrounding communities.

First HLIN Cymru Steering Group of year sets 2025 priorities

The Housing LIN Cymru Steering Group held its first meeting of the year last week, meeting online to agree on its work priorities for 2025.

We were also delighted to be joined by three past and current members of the Housing LIN’s Future Leaders Programme who work in the housing and homeless sectors in Wales. 

Final gathering of this year's Future Leaders cohort

Gathering for the final meeting of this year's Future Leaders Programme, the 2024/25 cohort met online to reflect on experiences from the programme's different events and inspiring presentations from sector leaders.

Since last July, the group has gained insights from seven leaders, embracing storytelling and the unexpected paths of leadership, while drawing inspiration to rethink their work and build new connections.

Market Engagement Event for new supported living service of Brickfields, Brighton & Hove City Council

Brighton and Hove City Council is developing a supported living service in Hove, offering 28 flats for individuals with physical disabilities and brain injuries.

They invite potential support and registered providers to a Market Engagement Event on February 5th 2025, to discuss the project’s vision, partnership opportunities and procurement details.
