The Benefits and Costs of Domiciliary Care study
This £1.6m collaborative research project, led by the University of Kent’s PSSRU, seeks to assess the value for money social care services provide to people receiving care and their families.
The Housing LIN is delighted to provide housing input and both share knowledge and experience of at home care and support the project with dissemination of findings to the housing sector.
Better Care Fund policy framework 2025 to 2026
The government has published the Better Care Fund (BCF) policy framework which sets out the BCF objectives, funding allocations and conditions for 2025 to 2026. It also makes specific reference to adaptations and technology. It will therefore be of interest to anyone who has followed our TAPPI programme.

Brighton and Hove City Council is developing a supported living service in Hove, offering 28 flats for individuals with physical disabilities and brain injuries.
