We were delighted to be joined by over 200 delegates at the "A Festival of Ideas" Annual Conference in Leeds earlier this month, focusing on Age-Friendly Homes and Connected Communities. Speakers discussed innovative housing, design, and technology. Session materials will be available soon.

Next week, we return to London for #HLINconf25 Round 2, focusing more on affordable housing, healthy ageing, and community design for an ageing population. Key themes include understanding housing preferences, local authority planning, leadership in housing, customer-centered care, technology in home care, addressing poor-quality housing, and investing in affordable housing solutions for older people.
