This week we published our new Inspirational Achievement, looking at Connect by United Welsh. We also launched our new video page, and published two new blogs looking at Building Information Modelling and Modern Methods of Construction and how these approaches can be used to meet the rising demand for high quality housing for older people. UK Housing Awards 2019
Wednesday night saw the announcement of the winners of the UK Housing Awards 2019. Best Older People's Landlord went to Connexus, who were featured in the HAPPI 4 - Rural Housing for an Ageing Population: Preserving Independence. Best Supported Housing Landlord was won by Your Homes Newcastle, who will be hosting the next North East Housing LIN Regional meeting. You can find a full list of winners on the UKHA website.
