Housing LIN Yearbook
2018 was a big year for the Housing LIN: we gained two new members of staff, held our most successful annual conference to date, and continued to expand our network, while keeping our members informed of the most relevant specialist housing and housing with care resources, and increasing our consultancy work.

Habinteg’s new Insight Report: A Forecast for Accessible Homes analyses English local plans which set policies for what types of homes are to be built by 2030 and where.
This report demonstrates that even in the best case scenario, delivery of accessible new homes in England is set to fall far short of the 47% benchmark.
