Any good practice to share if COVID case/death arises in Sheltered Housing scheme
We manage sheltered schemes and was hoping you could share any good practice about how you have safeguarded your tenants if there has been COVID diagnoses/death within the scheme. We know SH is independent living so apart from the closure of communal areas, rotas in place for laundry and reminder letters and notes to customers about social distancing and staying in their flat is there anything else that has been effective?
