Against the backdrop of the Older People’s Housing Taskforce (opens new window) and its report published last week, containing a number of important recommendations on planning, this HAPPI Hour is extremely timely. It will:
- highlight the latest policy and legal developments at a national level
- explore how planning plays an important role in securing healthy homes and communities
- draw attention to relevant tools to do so
- and share local examples on making the case to planning on building homes for an ageing population.
