Overview
We hear about the emerging findings from work commissioned by a regional Integrated Care Service on forging close partnerships working across local housing, health and social care economies to better understand population health and housing expectations, along with research commissioned by Homes England to evidence the health impact and financial benefits of their capital investment. At an operational level, we showcase how a Midlands-based housing association is actively improving the health and wellbeing of its residents.
