Feedback
- Insightful and engaging.
- Speakers with key specialist knowledge gave me food for thought and inspiration.
- Very useful information that has got me thinking wider about neurodiversity and the possibilities of supporting people better.

Overview
Building on our opening HAPPI Hour webinar, this session delves deeper into inclusive strategies for creating supportive homes and environments, particularly for individuals with learning disabilities and autistic people.
We explore the latest design insights from an inclusive design and neurodiversity expert, winner of the AJ100 Change Maker 2024 award, as well as hear from a commissioner involved in transforming care and support at home within a local NHS health economy in collaboration with the Housing LIN. We also hear latest NIHR Evidence-funded research findings on older people with a learning disability.
To coincide with this HAPPI Hour, we have also published a guest blog by one of our speakers, Stephanie Kyle. For a selection of other resources, visit the dedicated Housing and Learning Disability webpages curated by the Housing LIN.
