What is the aim of this research?
This research seeks to identify the opportunities for action that can be taken by social landlords with other stakeholders, such as Public Health England, to promote the health and wellbeing of tenants through actions that reduce tobacco use and the type and nature of programmes that are most effective and have the greatest impact on supporting reductions in tobacco use amongst tenants.

What is the purpose of the roundtable?
This roundtable is intended to host discussion with a range of social housing providers to better understand their perspectives on the role that social landlords can play in promoting the health and wellbeing of their tenants in terms of reducing tobacco use amongst their tenants. It also seeks to address some of the barriers and challenges that exist and well as identify any areas of good practice.
