The following practical workshops will provide expert guidance on sustaining support services in a challenging economic environment:
- Commissioning and Procurement of Extra Care Housing - Hear from Peter Rush, Strategic Commissioning Manager, Hampshire County Council what the changes mean for them and what the providers need to do to communicate effectively with commissioners.
- Health and Wellbeing Boards - Jeanette Longhurst, Health and Social Care Partnership will discuss the new structures for the strategic delivery of Health and Wellbeing
- Think locak, act personal - personalisation and community based solutions - This workshop will offer a social care perspective and will explore what housing can do to capture health's attention
Question & answer sessions will provide delegates with the opportunity to challenge expert speakers from across the housing & health sector, gaining further insight into issues highlighted throughout the day.
