Welcome to #Jeremytalks (opens new window) and our must-read weekly bulletin, HLINks, week-ending Friday, 8 April 2022

In this week's HLINks, we report on a new guest blog for the Housing LIN by Nigel Hopkins of Standards Wise International in which he looks at how standards in senior living can benefit both the consumer and the service provider.

We also remind readers that the deadline for applying to become one of The Dunhill Medical Trust’s TAPPI2 “testbeds”, as announced at last week’s ITEC conference in Birmingham, is 16 May 2022. Today is also the final day you can apply to become the Evaluation and Shared Learning Partner. Get your submissions in!

This week we were delighted to set a new registrations record for one of our HAPPI Hour sessions! Thank you to all 323 people who registered to attend Tuesday’s webinar on fire safety in specialist housing. Speakers from PRP architects, Ongo Homes, Metropolitan Thames Valley and GreensquareAccord housing associations delivered excellent presentations, and we were also joined by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities during the Q&A discussion. Missed this? You can watch the recording or view the slides here.
