Senior Cohousing - the way to do it

This film by the Older Women’s Co-Housing (OWCH) community in High Barnet, is intended for older people's groups & cohousing groups.

It documents the benefits of community living through personal stories and takes a look into regular activities within the co-housing community. 

The aim of the OWCH is 'to promote neighbourliness, combat isolation and offer mutual support', encouring residents to be involved with their local community.
