Feedback
- Lots of information presented in a timely way.
- Really useful to focus on 'sheltered housing' and address the important issue of the need for retrofitting.
- High quality debate around a very important topic.

Overview
Following the release of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Housing and Care for Older People's Inquiry report (opens new window), sponsored by Abbeyfield, we were pleased to host a HAPPI Hour session that delved deeper into the Regeneration of Outdated Sheltered Housing (Re-HAPPI).
Chaired by Lord Best, our 100th HAPPI Hour explores the key findings and recommendations from the report and examines how the sector is responding. Viewers will hear from organisations that contributed evidence to the Inquiry and learn about the actions they have since taken to regenerate, refurbish or remodel their sheltered housing, ensuring it remains a viable and attractive housing option for older people.
