In case you missed it, the APPG Inquiry into Regeneration of Outdated Sheltered Housing will look at how best to regenerate our existing supply of outdated sheltered housing. This includes modernisation, extensions, repurposing and replacing older stock and service models to meet 21st century expectations.
We would like to remind our members that there is now a call for evidence about sheltered/retirement housing in the social and private sector including from a range of tenures, social rent, affordable rent, leasehold, sale and shared ownership. The deadline for submission is Friday 23rd February 2024.
